Acceptance of Platform Terms
By accessing the Forcus Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform is a free-to-play social casino designed strictly for entertainment. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately disconnect from our broadcast. These terms govern your use of all simulated acoustic games, virtual locations, and interactions within our retro-futuristic environment.
Guest Account Limitations
Access to the Forcus Network is provided via guest accounts and registered profiles. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Accounts are non-transferable and are intended for individual, recreational use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, attempts to manipulate the broadcast signals, or exhibits automated bot behavior.
AFX Virtual Currency Rules (No Cash Value)
Aether Frequencies (AFX) are the sole virtual currency used within the Forcus Network. AFX is provided entirely for free through daily claims and gameplay. It is crucial to understand that AFX has zero real-world monetary value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash, real money, or any tangible prizes. All AFX balances are licensed to you temporarily for use solely within our simulated games.
Prohibited Player Interferences
Players must engage with the broadcast as intended. You are strictly prohibited from using exploits, cheats, automation software (bots), or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes or AFX balances. Reverse engineering the slot mechanics, attempting to disrupt our server banks, or interfering with other players' experiences will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the network.
IP and Broadcast Ownership
All content within the Forcus Network, including the retro-radio tube themes, graphics, acoustic sounds, logos, and game mechanics (such as the Frequency Dial Roulette), are the exclusive intellectual property of Forcus Broadcasting Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets for personal, non-commercial gameplay. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited.
Limitations of Liability
The Forcus Network is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain a flawless signal, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. Forcus Broadcasting Ltd shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or perceived losses of virtual currency. Because our platform involves no real money, liability for financial loss related to gameplay is expressly disclaimed.
Governing Law (GB)
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Great Britain. By tuning into our network, you consent to this jurisdiction and agree that all interactions are governed by UK law.
